At The Loft, we create elevated fashion campaigns for some of the most exciting e-commerce brands. Our boutique marketing agency specializes in content production, social media, influencer marketing, and more. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Photoshoot Intern to join us behind the scenes of our visually striking photoshoots.

If you’re passionate about luxury fashion and want hands-on experience in the world of fashion marketing, this is your chance to immerse yourself in creative shoots, styling, and the hustle of bringing brand visions to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with photoshoot set-up and take-down, from lighting to props and backdrops.

• Help organize and prepare wardrobe for models, including steaming, tagging, and quick outfit changes.

• Support our styling team by ensuring every look is on-brand and camera-ready.

• Act as an on-set runner, handling last-minute needs like grabbing props or ensuring everyone has what they need.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media.

• Maintain a clean and organized set, so every shot and transition runs smoothly.

• Support the team with post-shoot organization, ensuring content is logged and prepped for delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in fashion, styling, or content creation is strongly preferred (internships, projects, or part-time jobs).

• A passion for fashion and creativity, with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail – we need someone who can keep track of many moving parts.

• Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure. We run a fast-paced set, so you’ll need to thrive in that environment.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact professionally with models, photographers, and clients.

• Available for weekday photoshoots and occasionally on short notice.

Bonus Skills:

• Photography or videography experience is a plus.

• Social media savvy, especially with creating behind-the-scenes content.
